First created in the early 1960's, Singapore Chilli Crab is a delightful dish developed and enhanced over the years thru Chinese and Malay influences. The dish is practically an institution in Singapore today, having won accolades from both locals and visitors.
I never ate this famous dish in its origin country as it's too expensive for me. Then, I decided to buy the paste and cook it at home. It's so yummy, my husband said. ☺☺
