hello my dearest blog... How are you?? Hmm, it's been so long time I don't write on you. Since I'm busy looking for a new job as I gave up from my current company.
As I've done before, as soon as I graduated from my university, I've been applying for some companies. Some companies didn't give any reply yet. On some companies I failed. Actually, on last recruitment I joined, on one of design and marcomm consultant company in SUrabaya, I was success. But I decided to not join with that company because of some reasons. Such as lack of salary, it less than salary I had on my last company. The other reason is I must stay at that company with lack of salary for two years unless I'll get penalty. Oh nooo... When I told my parents about that, they didn't let me join that company. So let have the others try.
FYI, in some cases, on some companies I applied, they don't permit a veil women like me to join them. They have some arguments like some races are not really comfortable with a veil women. I don't exactly know what their reason is. But, from that, I could say that discrimination does still exist although the government always campaign about no SARA (Suku, Agama, Ras - Tribe, Faith and Race) discrimination on this country.. Yeah, sometimes I'm still wondering why on a current complicated world like now they couldn't be multicultural. But I do pray "Oh God, please lead them on right direction" :)
Well, I keep my spirit up for this fighting. And of course keep praying so God will lead me the way.
Love
